PAHADI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS


Chicken pieces    - 1 bowl
Mint leaves          - 1 cup
Green chilli         - 1 tsp
Ginger paste        - 1 tsp
Garlic paste         - 1 tsp
Pepper powder    - 1 tsp
Oil                        - 2 tsp
Masala                 - 1 tsp
Cumin seed         - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - few
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Grind the min, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic together.
2.  Prick the chicken pieces with a fork.
3.  Add the paste and leave to marinate for 3 hrs.
4.  In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
5.  Add the chicken and fry well.
6.  Serve with coriander leaves.
