VARIETY BANANA DOSA

INGREDIENTS


Banana       - 3 
Rice flour   - 1/2 cup
Sugar          - 4 tsp
Cardamom - 1 pinch
Cashew      - 3 tsp
Raisins       - 3 tsp

DIRECTIONS


1.  Mash banana well.
2.  Fry cashew and raisins .
3.  In a bowl, mix banana, rice flour, sugar, fried cashew, raisins
    and cardamom powder with water.  The consistency of batter 
    is not too thick or thin.
4.  Heat a pan, spread the batter in round shape.
5.  When one side is cooked, turned to other side to cooked well.
