CHICKEN PAKORA

INGREDIENTS


Boneless chicken pieces - 2 cup
Ginger                             - 2 tsp
Garlic                              - 2 tsp
White pepper powder    - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder                  - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala                - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder          - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice                    - 2 tsp
Corn flour                        - 1 cup
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste.
2.  Add the remaining ingredients and keep aside for an hour.
3.  Mix them well and become a batter. Dip in corn flour.
4.  In pan, heat oil, fry the chicken
5.  Drain the excess oil, and serve with hot.
