WHITE CUCUMBER DOSA

INGREDIENTS


Rice  (boiled)     - 2 cups,
Raw rice             - 1/2 cup,
Cucumber           - 1
Green chilli         - 3
Coconut              - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup, chopped
Curry leaves        - few
Oil                       - 1 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste.


DIRECTIONS


1.  Soak the two type rice together for about four hours.
2.  Grind the rice with grated cucumber, coconut, green chillies and salt.
3.  Add chopped coriander and curry leaves to the batter.
4.  Spread on a non-stick tava and serve hot with spicy coconut chutney.
