GULAB JAMUN

INGREDIENTS


Purpose flour            - 2 tsp
Semolina                   - 1 tsp
Milk powder             - 1 cup
Milk                           - 2 tsp
Baking powder         - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice              - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar                          - 1 cup
Water                         - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee                           - 3 tsp


DIRECTIONS


1.  Make sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in a pan and boil it.
2.  Reduce the flame and add little lemon juice and cardamom powder.
3.  In a bowl, mix purpose flour, semolina, baking powder and milk powder.
4.  Add lemon juice and ghee to get a good flavor. 
5.  Add milk to it.
6.  Rest it for 5 min, it becomes a thick paste.
7.  Make balls shape with palms, don't allow to dry the balls, if so add milk to it.
8.  In a pan, heat oil, fry it in low flame and becomes golden ball.
9.  Put the gulab jamun in the sugar syrup for about 45 min to 1 hr.
     Tasty gulan jamun is ready.
