FISH PICKLE

INGREDIENTS


Fish              - 1 cup
Ginger          - 2 tsp
Green chilli - 1 tsp
Vinegar        - 1/2 cup
Garlic           - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard        - 1 tsp
Fenugreek    - 1 tsp
Cumin           - 1 tsp
Asafoetida    - 1 tsp
Oil                  - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Cut fish in to small pieces and apply turmeric powder and salt.  
      Wait for sometimes to absorb the ingredients in to the fish.
2.  In a pan, heat oil, fry fish.
3.  In a pan, add oil, green chilli and add grind ginger, garlic, and chilli, 
      mix well by adding red chilli powder.
4.  Fry the above ingredients well.
5.  When it fried, add vinegar and required salt, then add fried fish in it.
6.  When the water content in the solution decreases, add fried and grind 
     mustard, fenugreed, cumin. and asafoetida powder.
7.  This dish last for a number of days.
