STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS


Strawberry     - 10
Sugar             - 1/2 cup
Heavy cream - 2 cup

DIRECTIONS


1.  Blend strawberry pieces and whisk sugar in to cream.
2.  With blender going slowly add cream through opening lid.
3.  Stopping to stir the mixture in 4 mins thus the ice cream is 
    smooth with small bites of berries.
4.  Transfer to shallow pan, freeze to a scoop able texture about 
     2 hrs.  
5.  Garnish with strawberries.
