DIWALI SPECIAL SEV PURI

INGREDIENTS


Puri                - 4
Potato             - 2
Onion             - 2
Tomato           - 2
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Chant masala - 2 tsp
Green chutney - 3 tsp
Sweet chutney - 3 tsp
Cooked sev      - 1 cup
Lemon juice    - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Place puri (small)on a plate.
2.  Place boiled chopped potato over it.
3.  Add chopped tomato and onion in it.
4.  Add some masala and chilli powder.
5.  Add green chutney over it.
6.  Sweet chutney above it.
7.  At the top add sev.
8.  For additional flavor, add salt, coriander
    leaves, and lemon juice.

SERVE TASTY SEV PURI IMMEDIATELY
