STRAWBERRY PIE

INGREDIENTS

Cornstarch              - 2 tsp
Sugar                       - 1 cup
Water                      - 1 cup
Lemon juice            - 2 tsp
Whipped cream
Red food colour      - 2 drop
Strawberry gelatin
             powder        - 1/4 cup
Sliced strawberries  - 4
Pie shell                    - 1 

DIRECTIONS


1.  In a bowl, mix sugar, water and cornstarch.
2.  Cook in medium heat until thickened.
3.  Off flame and add lemon juice, gelatin and food colour.
4.  Chill until mixture began to thicken.
5.  Place strawberries in to the pie shell and spoon thickened gelatin
      mixture over the top.
6.  Chill it for 4 hrs and place cream over it.
