CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

INGREDIENTS


1.  Chicken (leg piece) - 6
2.  Beaten egg              - 2
3. Oil                              - 1/2 cup
4.  Bread crumbs         - 1 cup
5.  Curd                         - 3 tsp
6.  Ginger garlic paste -5 tsp
7.  Pepper powder       - 1/2 tsp
8.  Chilli sauce             - 1/2 tsp
9.  Soy sauce               - 1/2 tsp
10.Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Mix ingredients 5 to 10 as a paste form over to chicken, place to fridge for 12 hrs.
2.  In a pan, deep fry chicken leg.
3.  Dip the chicken to the egg and then to bread crumbs.
4.  In a pan, heat oil, fry chicken.
5.  Serve it with sauce.
