SPICY MUTTON STEW

INGREDIENTS

  1. Mutton                  - 1 cup
  2. Oil                          - 3 tsp
  3. Cardamom            - 1/2 tsp
  4. Cinnamon             - 1/2 tsp
  5. Pepper powder     - 1 tsp
  6. Onion                     - 1/2 cup
  7. Ginger                    - 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli           - 5
  9. Garlic                     - 2 tsp
  10. Curry leaves          - few
  11. Vinegar                  - 2 tsp
  12. Besan flour           - 2 tsp
  13. Coconut milk        - 1 cup
  14. Potato                     - 2
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Chilli powder         - 1 tsp
  17. Coriander powder - 3 tsp
  18. Turmeric powder  - 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS


1.  Cook mutton and potato well by using vinegar and salt.
2.  Ingredients 3 to 10 chopped in small pieces and fry well.
3.  In a pan, fry besan and mutton
4.  Add all powder in it and stir.
5.  In a pan, heat oil, add curry leaves, chopped onion and fry it.
6.  Add (1)(2)(3) in it and mix well
7.  Add coconut milk to cook.
SERVE IT HOT WITH PALAPPAM
