RAVA FRIED FISH

INGREDIENTS


Rava                      - 1 cup
Fish                       - 4 piece
Ginger paste         - 1 tsp
Garlic paste          - 1 tsp
Oil                          - 1 cup
Chilli powder        - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice          - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS


1.  Mix ginger, garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt
     in a bowl.
2.  Add some oil to it, and mix well.
3.  Take the fish pieces and apply this paste on it.
4.  Coat the pieces in rava.
5.  In a pan, heat oil, deep fry the fish.
6.  Pour the lemon juice on fried fish.
7.  Serve with coriander leaves.
