HEALTHY VEGETABLE UPMA

INGREDIENTS


Rava             - 2 cup
Water           - 1 cup
Carrot          - 2 cup
Beans           - 1/4 cup
Coconut       - 1/2 cup
Onion           - 1/2 cup
Ginger          - 1
Urad dal       - 2 tsp
Mustard       - 1 tsp
Green chilli  - 4
Curry leaves - few
Salt to taste


DIRECTIONS


1.  Cook the chopped vegetable.
2.  Fry rava in separate pan.
3.  In a pan, heat oil add mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, ginger
     and green chilli, coconut, fry it
4.  When fried add water, after boiling add onion, vegetables, salt and
      rava, sort it and cooked well.
5.  Serve the healthy dish with coriander leaves.
