SAFFRON CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS


Chicken pieces - 2 bowl
Ginger powder - 1 tsp
Ghee                  - 1/2 cup
Cloves                - 10
Chilli powder    - 1 tsp
Cinnamon         - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds     - 2 tsp
Saffron              - 1 1/2 tsp
Warm milk       - 2 tsp

DIRECTIONS


1.  Chicken cut into pieces.
2.  Fry chicken in ghee.
3.  Add chilli powder, cloves, cinnamon,ginger and fennel seeds
     and 1/2 cup water,
4.  Boil it and lower the heat, simmer till chicken is tender.
5.  Saffron soaked in 2 tsp of milk and add to chicken.
6.  Mix this saffron to the chicken gravy and stir well.
                            SERVE WITH HOT
