SWEET VATTEPPAM

INGREDIENTS

Rice flour - 2 cup
Coconut   - 2 cup
Semolina - 2 tsp
Sugar       - 1  cup
Yeast       - 1/2 tsp
Ghee        - 3 tsp
Raisins 

DIRECTIONS


1.  Cook semolina with 2 cup of water, let it cool.
2.  Mix coconut with enough water. keep aside.
3.  In a bowl, add rice flour with semolina and yeast, mix well.
4.  Add coconut with it and mix well. Batter will not be too loose.
5.  Place 3 hrs for setting, after that add sugar and mix well.
6.  In a cake tin, pour ghee and pour the batter in to it.
7.  Put some raisins over it.steam it for 25 min.
8.  Serve it by cut in to pieces.
