SAMOSA

INGREDIENTS


Purpose flour       - 1 cup
Carrot                   - 1/2 cup
Green piece          - 1/2 cup
Potato                   - 1/2 cup
Beetroot               - 1/2 cup
Onion                    - 1 cup
Green chilli          - 3 tsp
Ginger                   - 3 tsp
Ginger                   - 2 tsp
Chilli powder       - 2 tsp
Oil                          - 1 cup
Masala powder     - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder  - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves

DIRECTIONS


1.  Mix purpose flour with water as in like of chapati consistency.
2.  Cook all vegetables.
3.  In a frying pan, pour some oil, add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli
     masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and curry leaves.
4.  Add cooked vegetables in it and salt (reqd)
5.  Make flour in a chapati shape and fill the vegetables in it.
6.  Fold it in a triangle shape.
7.  In a pan, heat oil and deep fry.
8.  Be careful when it fold, not to break the side.
