CHILLI POTATOS (use as a starter)

INGREDIENTS


Potato                - 2
Wheat flour      - 1/2 cup
Cornflour          - 2 tsp
Oil                      - reqd
Green chilli       - 4
Garlic                 - 2
Soy sauce          - 3 tsp
Chilli sauce       - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce   - 3 tsp
Sugar                  - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Spring onion     - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Cut potato in to long thin pieces.
2.  Mix flour, cornflour and salt. Mix with potota
3.  Fry potato well.
4.  In a pan, heat oil, add green chilli, chopped garlic,
     pepper, spring onion.
5.  Pour all sauces and sugar.
6.  Add fried potato in it and cook well.
7.  Off the pan when the water content drain well.
8.  Serve it with sesame seed.
