DIWALI SPECIAL SWEETY HALWA

INGREDIENTS


Corn flour     - 1 cup
Sugar            - 2 cup
Water           - 2 cup
Ghee             - 1/2 cup
Colour (any) - 1/4 
Cashew nut  - few
Lemon juice - 1 tsp


DIRECTIONS


1.  Dissolve corn flour with water and mix well.
2.  Heat 2 tsp ghee and add above mixture and stir on low flame.
3.  Add sugar, lemon, colour, cashew nut and remaining ghee.
4.  Stir well when mixture becomes lump like consistency.
5.  Pour it in a greased pan and allow to cool.
6.  Place cashew and other almonds over it.
7.  After it cool, cut in to pieces.
