CHICKEN CHETTINAD

INGREDIENTS


Chicken               - 500 gm
Oil                       - 2 tsp
Tomato               - 1
Cinnamon sticks - 2 tsp
Cloves                  - 1 tsp
Cardamom          - 1 tsp
Cumin                  - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Onion              - 1 cup 
Ginger             - 1 tsp
Garlic              - 1 tsp
Coconut paste - 1 cup
Red chilli         - 2 tsp
Pepper             - 1 tsp
Fennel seed     - 1 tsp

DIRECTIONS


1.  Clean the chicken and cut in to pieces.
2.  Chopped tomato, onion.
3.  Grind ginger, garlic, pepper, fennel seed, cumin seed, turmeric powder.
4.  Marinate the chicken with the paste.
5.  In a pan, heat oil, add cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, cumin and fry
6.  Add onion, tomato and curry leaves.
7.  Add chicken to it.
8.  Add water  and coconut paste to cook, add chilli, pepper and salt.
9.  Serve with coriander leaves.
