CHICKEN 65

INGREDIENTS


Chicken          - 1 kg
Ginger            - 2 tsp
Garlic             - 2 tsp
Egg                 - 4
Vinegar          - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 5 tsp
Masala powder     - 5 tsp
Chicken masala    - 5 tsp
Cardamom    - 1 tsp
Cinnamon     - 1 piece
Wheat flour   - 1/2 kg
Oil                   - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Cut chicken in to pieces
2.  Grind ginger and garlic in a paste form.
3.  In a bowl, mix egg, vinegar, salt wheat flour stir well.
4.  In chicken add masala and (2) and all other ingredients.
5.  Wait for 2 hrs to set all in the chicken.
6.  In a frying pan heat oil and fry the chicken well.
