MUSHROOM FRY

INGREDIENTS


Mushroom             - 1 cup
Chilli powder         - 1 tsp
Pepper powder      - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder  - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Tomato                   - 1 
Garlic                      - 1 tsp
Ginger                     - 1 tsp
Curry leaves           - few
Coriander leaves    - few

DIRECTIONS


1.  Cut the mushrooms in to large pieces
2.  Ingredients other than mushroom are mixed and grind well, 
     in a paste like consistency.
3.  Apply the paste in mushroom, and allow 15 min to set.
4.  In a frying pan, when oil heat, fry mushroom.
5.  Mushroom fry is ready to serve,  it is a very healthy dish.
