AMERICAN CHOP SUEY

INGREDIENTS


Onion chopped - 1 cup
Carrot pieces   - 1/2 cup
French beans  - 10
Capsicum        - 1/4 cup
Baby corn        - 1/4 cup
Cabbage          - 1 cup
Bell pepper     - 1 tsp
Soy sauce        - 1 tsp
Chilli sauce     - 1 1/2 tsp
Vinegar           - 3/4 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar              - 1 tsp
Cornflour        - 1 1/2 tsp
Oil                   - 2 tsps
Salt to taste 
Pepper to taste
For fried noodles::-- 3 cups boiled noodles, dried, sprinkle a tsp of cornflour and mix

DIRECTIONS


1. To boil vegetables, boil water and salt, add carrot, cabbage and beans to the boiling water
     and cook well, remove from heat and pour cold water over it , keep aside.
2.   Heat oil, add onions, saute on high flame.
3.  Add the baby corn and capsicum and saute, add vegetables and saute.
4.  Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, pepper, sugar and salt, mix.
5.  Add 2 cup of water to it and boil, add corn flour and stir.
6.  To prepared fried noodles, heat oil add noocles and cook well.
7.  To serve, place the fried noodles on a plate, add veg on top and egg over it.
