RED PEPPER HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS


Chickpeas          - 16 ounce
Red bell pepper - 2
Garlic cloves      - 4
Lemon juice       - 1
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Chickpeas can be drained and rinsed, pepper can be chopped and cloves minced.
2.  In food processor, add the chickpeas, chopped bell peppers, minced garlic and
     lemon juice.
3.  Puree until smooth.
4.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
