KAIPOLA

INGREDIENTS


Ripe plantain     - 3
Egg                    - 4
Sugar                 - 4 tsp
Cardamom pwd - 1/2 tsp
Raisins               - 15 
Cashew nut        - 15
Ghee                  - 2 tsp

DIRECTIONS


1.  Peel the plantain and cut into small pieces.
2.  In a pan heat ghee, fry cashew and raisins. set aside
3.  In a pan, add ghee and fry plantain pieces.
4.  In a bowl, whisk egg, sugar, cardamom, saute.
5.  Pour this solution to the fried plantain, combine it.
6.  Place the cashew and raisins on top.
7.  Cook this mixture covered in a low flame.
8.  Remove from flame and serve it by cut into pieces.
