RICE ROLL WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND SALMON

INGREDIENTS

Italiano mozzarella grated cheese - 1 1/2 cup
Rice          - 1 cup
Seaweed  - 4 sheets
Salmon     - 1 cup
Cucumber - 1/2 cup
Vinegar     - 1/4 cup
Mayonnise - 1 cup

DIRECTIONS

1.  Place a sheet of nori on bamboo mat, spread rice on top of it.
2.  Lay down salmon, cucumber, mozzarella in the middle.
3.  Hold on the ends and roll.
4.  Remove the mat and cut rice roll.
5.  Warm up to melt cheese.
6.  Serve with mayonnaise.
