EGG AVIAL

INGREDIENTS


Egg                      - 3
Carrot                  - 1 cup
Drumstick           - 1 cup
Cucumber            - 1 cup
Cashew nut          - 10
Ghee                     - 2 tsp
Green chili           - 3
Coconut paste      - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - few
Cumin seeds        - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves

DIRECTIONS


1.  Boil the egg, allow to cool and then cut in to pieces.
2.  Make a paste by grinding coconut paste with cumin seed, turmeric powder
     green chilli and little water.
3.  In a pan, add Chopped carrot, drumstick, cucumber, long green chilli and 
     little water to cook.
4.  Add coconut paste and salt to it.
5.  Add egg pieces, ghee and cashew nut.
6.  Lastly, add curry leaves and coriander leaves after off the pan.
