COCONUT MACAROONS

INGREDIENTS

Egg white - 2
Honey      - 2 tsp
Salt          - 1/4 tsp
Lemon     - 1 tsp
Vanilla     - 1 tsp
Coconut   - 2 cups

DIRECTIONS

1.  Preheat oven to 325dg.
2.  In a bowl, whisk egg whites with honey and salt until it combined.
3.  Whisk in lemon zest and vanilla, combine.
4.  Add coconut and stir well.
5.  Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
6.  Drop the mixture on the sheet and form into mounds.
7.  Bake until golden colour.
8.  Place it on a rack and allow to cool....:)
