APRICOT ORANGE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour                     - 3/4 cup
Butter                              - 1/2 cup
Sugar powder                  - 1/4 cup
Baking powder                - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda                     - 1/4 tsp
Chopped apricots            - 1 1/2 tsp
Chopped cashew              - 1 1/2 tsp
Milk                                  - 1/3 cup
Orange flavour drink mix - 2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

1.  Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to get a soft dough.
2.  Pour into a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle.
3.  Pipe out 37mm diameter cookies on a greased baking tray.
4.  Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 min .
5.  Cool completely and store in an air tight container.
