PISTA ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

Milk           - 3 cup
Corn flour - 5 tsp
Sugar         - 3/4 cup
Cream        - 1 cup
Pista           - 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence
Yellow and green colour

DIRECTIONS

1.  Boil milk and add corn flour dissolved in little water.
2.  Cook till thick, add sugar.
3.  Allow to cool, add vanilla and colours in it.
4.  Beat it a lot and add cream.
5.  Keep it for 1 hrs to freeze.
6.  Beat again and add crushed pista.
7.  Cook it in a freezer.
