BHEL PURI

INGREDIENTS


Puffed rice          - 2 cups
Sev                      - 1 cup
Chopped onion   - 1 cup
Chaat chutney     - 2 tsp
Chopped tomato  - 2 nos
Chopped carrots  - 1 no
Boiled potato       - 1
Roasted cashew   - 2 tsp
Peanuts                 - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder     - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste


DIRECTIONS


1.  Mix all the vegetables and chutneys.
2.  Add the puffed rice.
3.  Add salt, pepper to taste.
4.  Garnish with cashew and nuts.
