CHINGRI MALAI CURRY

INGREDIENTS

Prawns                - 1 cup
Mustard oil         - 3 tsp
Cumin                 - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste        - 1 tsp
Cumin paste        - 1 tsp
Cumin powder    - 2 tsp
Chilli powder      - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Sugar                    - 2 tsp
Garam masala     - 1 tsp
Coconut milk       - 1 1/4 tsp
Ghee                     - 2 tsp
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1.  Blanch the prawns in turmeric water.
2.  Heat mustard oil in a pan, add sugar and cumin.
3.  Add ginger paste, cumin powder, red chilli and turmeric
     powder and saute.
4.  Add prawns and green chillies, stir well.
5.  Add coconut milk and salt cook for few mins.
6.  Add masala and ghee on the top and serve.
