MUSHROOM RISOTTO

INGREDIENTS


Oil                  - 1 tsp
Butter             - 2 tsp
Onion             - 1 cup
Mushroom     - 1 cup
Rice                - 1 cup
White wine     - 1/4 cup
Chicken stock - 2 cup
Cheese grated - 1/3 cup
Parsley            - 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Saute onion and mushrooms in oil and butter.
2.  Still in rice and cook , add wine to get dry.
3.  Stir with some stock, cover and simmer for few mins.
4.  Add more stock, stir, cover and repeat the process till 
    rice cooked.
5.  Add salt, stir with cheese, parsley, butter and pepper.
