BLACK BEAN CHILI

INGREDIENTS

Onion chopped     - 1 cup
Green bell pepper - 1
Veg broth             - 1 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped    - 2 tsp
Black beans         - 4 cups
Tomato sauce      - 6 tsp
Tomato                - 1 cup
Cumin seeds        - 2 tsp
Chili powder        - 2 tsp
Oregano              - 2 tsp
Corn kernels       - 1 cup
Cilantro               - 1/4 cups
Pepper and salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1.  Heat broth, saute onion and bell pepper for 5 mins, stir well.
2.  Add garlic, cumin and red chili powder and saute well.
3.  Add broth and rest ingredients, except cilantro and corn.
4.  Simmer and corn and cook for 2 mins.
5.  Add chopped cilantro and salt, pepper to taste.
