OATS KAARA PANIYARAM

INGREDIENTS

Oats                 - 1/4 cup
Idly batter       - 1/4 cup
Cooking oil      - 1 tsp
Mustard           - 1/4 tsp
Urad dal           - 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion - 1
Green chilli       - 1
Ginger               - 1
Curd                  - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Curry leaves

DIRECTIONS

1.  Dry roast oats for few min and grind to make a fine powder . 
2.  Mix idly batter and add oats with salt and water.
3.  Temper all the items given above and mix in the batter.
4.  Take a pan, and pour the batter, drizzle little oil.
5.  Cover and cook for sometimes.
6.  Flip and cook the other side for few mins.
7.  Serve with coconut chutney.
