VARIETY BALL MANCHURIAN

INGREDIENTS

For the vegetable balls

Chopped cabbage - 3 cups
Grated carrot        - 2 cup
Chopped onion     - 1/2 cup
Cornflour              - 2 tsp
Plain flour             - 5 tsp
Chopped garlic     - 1 tsp
Green chilli           - 2 tsp
Chopped ginger    - 2 tsp
Soy sauce              - 1 tsp
Oil                         - needed
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

For the sauce

Garlic chopped  - 1 tsp
Chilli chopped   - 2 tsp
Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
Water                 - 1 cup
Soy sauce           - 1 tsp
Cornflour           - 1 tsp
Sugar                 - 2 pinch
Oil                      - 2 tsp
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  For Vegetable Balls : - Combine the cabbage,onions, cornflour, plain flour, green chilli, salt 
     and  pepper in a bowl and mix well.
2.  Shape spoonfuls of the mixture into small balls.
3.  Deep fry until golden brown, keep aside.

FOR THE SAUCE

1.  Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic, green chillies and stir well.
2.  Add water, soy sauce, cornflour mixed with water, sugar and salt and simmer for few mins.
3.  Put the veg balls in the sauce before serving.
