IDIYAPPAM

INGREDIENTS


Rice flour         - 2 cups, dry roast for 3mins
Water               - 2 cup (boil)
Ghee                 - 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste.

DIRECTIONS


1.  Bring 1/4 cup of salted water and ghee to boil.
2.  Slowly pour the hot water to the rice flour and mi.
3.  Grease the idiyappam maker and the idli plates.
4.  Sprinkle little grated coconut into the plate.
5.  Knead the mixture into a smooth dough, adding
     3 tsp of hot water while kneading.
6.  Make a cylindrical shape of the dough and place
     into the maker close the lid and hand press on the plate.
7.  Steam for 12 mins and allow to cool.
THE BEST COMBINATION IS EGG CURRY,,,,,:))
