DRY FRUITS MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS


Chilled milk  - 3 cups
Honey           - 2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 8
Almonds       - 6
Dates             - 3
Dried figs      - 2
Raisins          - 10
Pistachios     - 8
Walnut          - 1
Cardamom    - 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS


1.  Chop figs and date, soak in 1/4 cup of milk for 15 mins.
2.  Blend the soaked figs, dates, almonds, raisins and pistachios.
3.  Add the rest of the milk, honey and cardamom powder and
     blend to combine to make a smooth and frothy liquid.
4.  Using a blender, grind the soaked ingredients to a smooth paste.
5.  Add the iced milk, honey and blend well.   :))
