SIMPLE TILAPIA CEVICHE

INGREDIENTS

Tilapia          - 1/2 cup
Lime juice     - 1 cup
Orange juice - 1 cup
Lemon juice  - 1 cup
Pepper         - 4
Ginger          - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil        - 1/4 cup
Garlic           - 3
Onion           - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes    - 1/2 cup
Avocada      - 1/4 tsp
Cilantro        - 1/2 cup
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1.  In a bowl, combine tilapia, juices, pepper, ginger, oil and garlic.
2.  Season with salt and pepper to taste and soak for 45 min.
3.  Combine the remaining ingredients and chill and serve.
