BHINDIWALA MEAT

INGREDIENTS


Ladies finger     - 4
Oil                     - 5 tsp
Onion grated    - 1 cup
Tomatoes         - 4
Ginger paste     - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste      - 1/2 tsp
Coriander pwd - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 2 tsp
Chili pwd          - 1 tsp
Cinnamon        - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom       - 1/4 tsp
Cloves              - 12
Meat (boneless)- 1 cup 
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  Put in a pan, heat oil add onions.
2.  Cook and add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
3.  Add meat and salt.
4.  Cook well and add all spices.
5.  Add tomatoes and stir.
6.  Add 6 cups of water and add masala.
7.  Cook 25 min and add ladies finger.
8.  Cook all ingredients well and serve.
