KANDA POHA/ AVAL

INGREDIENTS

Poha              - 1 cup
Onion             - 1 cup
Peanut           - 3 tsp
Green Chili     - 2 tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice    - 1 tsp
Oil, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves

DIRECTIONS

1.  Soak the poha in water and drain well.
2.  Add salt and a pinch of turmeric and mix well.
3.  In a pan, heat oil, add mustard, peanut, curry leaves and saute well.
4.  Add chopped green chili and onion.
5.  Add lemon juice and saute until brown.
6.  Add poha and mix well, cook well.
7.  Add coriander leaves and serve it....
