SPICY CHICKEN LEGS

INGREDIENTS


Chicken legs    - 4
Ginger paste    - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste     - 1/4 tsp
Green chili       - 1 tsp
Pepper pwd      - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric pwd  - 1 pinch
Coriander pwd - 1 tsp
Cumin pwd      - 1 tsp
Masala pwd      - 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce   - 1 tsp
Yogurt               - 3tsp
Lemon juice      - 1 tsp
Oil                     - 2 tsp
Salt to taste.

DIRECTIONS


1.  Marinate chicken legs with all the above ingredients except oil.
2.  Refrigerate and allow to marinate to 4 hrs.
3. Heat oil, add curry leaves and chicken pieces, cook and place lid and cook.
4.  Remove the lid and cook till water evaporates and well cooked, serve with onion.
