SPICY BRINJAL FRY

INGREDIENTS


Brinjal                  - 3
Besan flour          - 1 cup
Chilli powder       - 2 tsp
Pepper powder     - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Shallots paste       - 3 tsp
Spring onion        - 3 tsp
Coconut oil           - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS


1.  In a bowl, cut brinjal in round shape, add all ingredients on it, 
     apply well on the brinjal.
2.  Place for 15 min.
3.  In a pan, heat oil, deep fry the brinjal.
4.  Serve with spring onion.
