BATTER FRIED FISH

INGREDIENTS


Fish                - 8 pieces
Lemon juice   - 1 tsp
Salt                 - 1 tsp
Purpose flour - 2 tsp
Oil                  - needed
Water             - 1/2 cup
Egg whit e      - 1

for sauce

Milk                - 2 cups
Purpose flour - 2 tsp
Oil                   - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper  - 1/4 tsp
Cheese            - 1 cup

DIRECTIONS


1.  Marinate fish with lemon juice and salt for 5 mins.
2.  Mix flour, salt and oil, add water and mix in to the batter.
3.  Heat oil and add flour, saute.
4.  Add milk after pan off, and then boil stir well.
5.  Add pepper salt and cheese to mix well.
6.  Wash and wipe fish dry, dust lightly with flour, patting of excess flour.
7.  Heat oil, whip egg white and fold into the batter.
8.  When oil is heat, dip into the batter shake off excess and fry .
