COCONUT SEVAI

INGREDIENTS


Idiyappam  - 4 cups
Coconut      - 1/2 cup grated
Oil               - 2 tsp
Ghee           - 1 tsp
Mustard       - 1 tsp
Chana dal    - 1 tsp
Urad dal      - 1 tsp
Green chili   - 2
Red chili       - 3
Asafoetida    - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 8
Curry leaves and salt

DIRECTIONS


1.  Heat ghee, add cashew, mustard, chana dal urand dal and allow to red.
2.  Add red chilies, green chilies, curry leaves and asafoetida.
3.  Add grated coconut and saute well.
4.  Add idiyappam and salt, allow to cook.
5.  Pour some oil after it cook and serve warm.
